WORKING TOGETHER
The engagement agreement is concluded with a Russian or Kazakh legal entity. The specific contracting entity, scope and applicable terms are identified before work starts.
Legal fees may be paid to an account at a non-sanctioned Russian bank or a Kazakh bank, subject to applicable law, compliance checks and the requirements of the banks involved. Bank details are provided in the engagement documents.
