Stanislav Gubankov

Stanislav Gubankov is a Partner in the dispute resolution and mediation practice. He has more than ten years of experience leading litigation workstreams and representing major Russian businesses, including companies in technology, financial services and aviation.
He has managed complex disputes and interaction with public authorities, competition regulators and law enforcement bodies. His experience includes senior legal roles in a high-technology manufacturing business, the national payment card infrastructure and an aircraft manufacturing group. He is a qualified mediator.
Education: Russian State University for the Humanities, law specialist degree, 2010; Kutafin Moscow State Law University, mediation qualification, 2021.
Language: Russian.

- Built a litigation function and represented clients in more than 15 successful cases with an aggregate value exceeding RUB 1 billion.
