Russian Legal Forum: corporate law and legal practice

Maksim Korostelev attended the 10th All-Russian Legal Forum on 14 October 2026. Discussions addressed the regulation of the legal profession, the development of corporate law, the boundary between mandatory and discretionary rules, and proposals for property owners’ associations.

The forum brought together academics, lawmakers and practitioners. The practical questions included how businesses can use corporate flexibility responsibly and how governance rules should respond to contemporary investment needs.
