The objective
Develop an agreed legal structure, negotiate documentation and implement the portfolio separation.
Our approach
The team designed the restructuring, agreed it with investors and the manager, amended fund documents and supported a sale of part of the portfolio to an overseas investment fund.
The outcome
The restructuring was completed and the Russian and international portfolios were separated.
