Frequently asked questions

Can dividends be paid abroad?

Payment depends on ownership, applicable permissions, account requirements and bank acceptance. We review the route before a distribution is approved.

Can you replace an in-house legal function?

We can provide a defined outsourced legal workstream with named contacts, reporting and agreed service scope.

Do national currency payments remove sanctions restrictions?

No. Currency choice does not remove legal restrictions. The parties, purpose and banking route still need review.

Who will manage our matter?

Managing Partner Maksim Korostelev coordinates the engagement and introduces the relevant specialists. We agree reporting, language and responsibilities at the outset.

Can we discuss the matter before sharing documents?

Yes. Book a confidential 30-minute introductory call. We first carry out a conflict check and agree how sensitive information will be exchanged.
