Transaction experience: acquisition of an A.Raymond plant

Maksim Korostelev participated in the legal work on the acquisition of a Russian fastener plant from A.Raymond, a French industrial group.

The work involved due diligence, negotiations with the foreign headquarters, transaction documents, Russian regulatory applications, coordination of foreign approval advice and financing documentation. The acquisition was completed. The asset was later transferred as part of a wider industrial group sale.
