Transaction experience: proposed Huntsman acquisition

Maksim Korostelev worked on the proposed acquisition of a Russian polymer plant from Huntsman.

The legal work covered due diligence, negotiation with the US headquarters, binding transaction documents, approval applications and financing documentation. The transaction was signed and subsequently terminated by mutual agreement.
