Acquisition of the Bridgestone tyre plant

Negotiate binding transaction documents, obtain approvals and coordinate the transfer of interests in both a limited liability company and a joint-stock company.

The team carried out legal due diligence, negotiated English-law transaction documentation with the seller and its advisers, prepared Government Commission and FAS submissions, coordinated Belgian approval work and reviewed acquisition financing. Closing conditions and simultaneous completion steps were coordinated with the registrar and notary.

The acquisition was completed and the asset transferred to the buyer.
